Hard luggage manufacturer smarter manufacturer

Grand travel manufacturer start to use automatic machine in our production line. Now our automatic coverage more than 50% luggage making process. From the hard luggage shell board and injection mould forming, we only need 1 workman take in charge of the big machine. During the cutting process, we just need to put the shell in the machine, then edit the cutting road in the computer, it can finish cutting the edge and being punched with 1 minutes.

We choose automatic production line to save the working time and enhance the efficiency. By LEAN PRODUCTION method, we can cut the hard luggage cost with good quality.

You can choose hard luggage with easy to open front pocket, cup table on the back, mesh pocket outside for small thing needful and removeable brake wheels

QA and QC system

QA would call for Pre-Production meeting with relevant team before the new production launching.

IQC will 100% inspect the raw material and components, as well in-house testing.

IPQC must check and approve the first-piece for every worker for the new product, and take tour inspection by ever hour in the production line to find our quality issues at the earlier step.

FQC will take 100% checking at the end of every assembling line to avoid any defective product escape into the packing area.
